Refund and Returns Policy

We at Sunny Wellness want all our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. If however, you are not satisfied with any purchase you are welcome to return the product(s) and get a full refund or exchange. You have up to 30 days from the purchase date to refund or exchange the product.

Any products you wish to return, must be sent to us in secure packing, or in its original packing if you have kept it as we aim to re-sell all our returned products. Customers will be responsible for paying shipping costs for the returned products. For any damaged products, we will need photographic evidence and refund you accordingly.

Sunny Wellness does not refund shipping costs. We will deduct any shipping costs if issuing you a refund.
